Instructions

2. Assemble the side rails. Attach the 72-inch 2x4s to the ends of the 8-foot 2x4s using 2-inch wood screws. Make sure the 72-inch pieces are flush with the ends of the 8-foot pieces.

3. Assemble the headboard and footboard. Attach the 36-inch 2x4s to the top and bottom of the 8-foot 2x6s using 2-inch wood screws. Make sure the 36-inch pieces are centered on the 8-foot pieces.

4. Attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard. Attach the side rails to the headboard using 2-inch wood screws. Then, attach the side rails to the footboard using 2-inch wood screws.
