Instructions:

Assemble the frame. Cut the 8x8 lumber into four pieces that are 84 inches long and four pieces that are 76 inches long. Cut the 2x6 lumber into two pieces that are 84 inches long and two pieces that are 76 inches long. Assemble the frame by attaching the 8x8 pieces to the 2x6 pieces with wood screws. Make sure to use wood glue to ensure a strong bond.

Attach the plywood. Cut the plywood to 84x76 inches. Attach the plywood to the frame using wood screws. Make sure to countersink the screws so that they are flush with the surface of the plywood.

Sand and finish. Sand the entire bed frame to remove any rough edges or splinters. You can then stain or paint the bed frame to match your décor.

If you want a more sturdy bed frame, you can use 4x4 lumber instead of 2x6 lumber.
